Summerlin’s Beloved Italian Restaurant Hosts Special Mother’s Day Brunch — Sunday, May 10th, 11 AM–3 PM
LAS VEGAS, NV — Cantinetta Pizza & Pasta, Summerlin’s cherished Italian dining destination, is proud to announce a special Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 10th, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Families are warmly invited to honor the special women in their lives with an Italian feast in Cantinetta’s signature elegant and warm atmosphere.
Chef Roland and his talented culinary team have crafted an exceptional brunch experience drawing on authentic Italian heritage and the finest fresh ingredients. Guests can expect an indulgent spread that captures the spirit of a true Italian Sunday gathering, the kind of leisurely, joyful meal that makes memories.
The Mother’s Day Brunch menu will showcase Cantinetta’s acclaimed specialties, including freshly made Pasta Fresca, wood-fired artisan pizzas, curated Dal Mare seafood dishes, hand-crafted appetizers, and the restaurant’s beloved dessert selection featuring house-made gelato, classic tiramisù, and the signature Dolce Fettuccine. Signature dishes such as the Brunello pasta with truffle cream and Italian sausage and the Costata di Manzo — a 12 oz. rib eye in Porto wine reduction are sure to delight guests of all tastes.

LAS VEGAS, NV — Brunello LLC, the Las Vegas restaurant group behind two of Summerlin areas most celebrated Italian restaurants, is proud to announce that both Cantinetta Pizza & Pasta and Brunello Restaurant | Bar | Café will participate in the 19th annual Las Vegas Restaurant Week, June 1–12, 2026 — each offering the same spectacular four-course prix fixe menu at just $50 per guest.
Las Vegas Restaurant Week traditionally invites restaurants to offer a three-course dining experience— typically an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Brunello LLC is proud to go a step further, adding a dedicated Salad course to create a true four-course Italian feast. Guests at both locations will be treated to a full progression of Appetizer, Salad, Entrée, and Dessert — each with multiple selections — making this one of the most generous and complete dining values in the event’s 19-year history.

Dining with a Purpose
Both Cantinetta and Brunello will donate $6 from every guest to Three Square Food Bank, Southern Nevada’s largest hunger-relief organization. Since 2007, Las Vegas Restaurant Week has helped provide more than 10 million meals to families in need. For every $1 donated, Three Square can deliver up to three wholesome meals — meaning each $50 dinner at either location can generate up to 18 meals for hungry families right here in Southern Nevada. Now in its 19th year, Las Vegas Restaurant Week is one of the most impactful annual culinary events in the city. Brunello LLC is honored to support the mission through both of its restaurants, doubling its community impact during this special 12-day celebration.
